Jobulator is designed to be compatible for all substitute teachers working for a district that utilizes Frontline Education's Absence Management® system. Note: There are instances where districts may opt not to allow use of Jobulator for their substitutes, thus preventing users from being able to use Jobulator for those districts. If you would like to inquire about a certain district that you work within, please contact the Jobulator support team.
Jobulator presently offers two subscriptions to our users! Annual & Monthly. These subscription will operate on a recurring basis automatically renewing when your expiration date & next bill date are reached unless that account is cancelled. The monthly subscription is $5.99/month and annual $49.99/year. If you would like to review your account you can do so any any time by logging into the My Account section of the Jobulator website.
Since Jobulator is exclusively compatible with Frontline Education's Absence Management® system, you will need to use your 4-6 digit Absence Management pin number to log into your existing Jobulator account or to create a new account by signing up for the free trial period. If you presently do not recall that pin number you can retrieve it on Absence Management's forgot pin page.
You can cancel your subscription with Jobulator at any time by logging into your account on the Jobulator website (My Account). We also have a great help document for canceling your subscription in our Help Center. You can access this here: Canceling Subscription.
To check to on your account expiration date or account activity you simply need to log into your Jobulator account on the Jobulator website (My Account).
You can renew your subscription with Jobulator at any time by logging into your account on the Jobulator website (My Account) and clicking the 'Renew Now' link. If you do not see a 'Renew Now' link, but a prompt to 'Change Plan/Payment Info' this will mean that you already have an existing subscription with Jobulator. You can update the billing information associated with Jobulator at any time by logging into your account on the Jobulator website (My Account) and clicking the 'Change Plan/Payment Info' link. This will work you through a process of cancelling your subscription with the old billing information and allow you to set up a new one under your present billing information. You can change your subscription with Jobulator from monthly > annual or annual > monthly via your account on the Jobulator website (My Account) and clicking the 'Change Plan/Payment Info' link. This will work you through a process of cancelling your subscription and setting up a new subscription on the desired renewal period. No! You will not be charged any extra to use Jobulator on a different device. You would simply need to seek to download Jobulator to that device.
